Project Information
Rinconada Town Center is a planned 900,000 square foot, Walmart Supercenter anchored, mixed use development. This project will consist of retail and office. Rinconada Town Center is located within the Pueblo de las Alamedas subdivision, a master planned development that consists of 103 acres of prime commercial, multifamily and office land. The roadways through Rinconada Town Center have lush landscaping, decorative street lights, design guidelines, protective covenants. Vertical construction is anticipated to commence in 2010.

The area surrounding Rinconada Town Center consists of tens of thousands of new homes, 2 new golf courses, 3 new hospitals, 2 new schools and much more.. This area of the City has seen the largest growth numbers of the region and the highest volume of infrastructure development. The adjoining US Highway 70 enjoys the highest traffic count in Las Cruces and serves commuter traffic to NASA Space Center, White Sands Missile Range, Holloman Airforce Base and communities throughout the region.
