Project Information
Rinconada Town Center is a planned 900,000 square foot, Wal-Mart Supercenter anchored, mixed use development. This project will consist of retail and office. Rinconada Town Center is located within the Pueblo de las Alamedas subdivision, a master planned development that consists of 103 acres of prime commercial and office land. The roadways through Rinconada Town Center have lush landscaping, decorative street lights, design guidelines, protective covenants. Roadway and pad construction is underway as of 1st quarter 2008. Vertical construction is anticipated to commence late 1st quarter 2009.

The area surrounding Rinconada Town Center consists of tens of thousands of new homes, subdivisions include, Sonoma Ranch Golf Course, The Ridge, Rancho Lomas, The Pueblos @ Alameda Ranch, Las Colinas, High Desert and Las Palmas... to name a few. A 2007 subdivision study shows over 71,572 residential home sites in the planning process within the east side of the City.
